A 17-year veteran in the commercial real estate industry, Frank specializes in land development, retail and office leasing, and tenant representation throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania. Born and raised in Bucks County, he has strong roots in the Bucks County office industrial, and retail markets and is a tremendous resource for his knowledge and expertise. As a managing Principal, Frank is directly responsible for recruitment and training for the firm’s Brokers, a team of 9 full and part-time Brokers, with annual transaction values over $75,000,000. Prior to forming Green Street Real Estate, Frank served as Vice President of Brokerage Services for Messick Realty Group, where his focus was acquisition of land for the development of office condominiums and to sell and lease the inventory following construction. Frank was responsible for over 150,000 square feet of new construction office space from 2006 – 2009.
Frank is passionate about giving back to the community and sits on many committees including A Woman’s Place – Strategic Facilities and Giving Tuesday Bucks – Corporate Engagement. Frank founded the BEES scholarship at Bucks Community College for future entrepreneurs. He also chairs the New Britain Borough Finance Committee and is a member of New Britain Borough Advisory Committee.
